Our pricematch policy is our guarantee to you that you do not need to shop around and can rest assured that if you come directly to us, you will get the best deal straight off the bat. If you do happen to find a cheaper price, we will match it, but there are of course, some conditions.
Your Mac has to be an Apple product, the same product code (apart from slight Apple store variations such as LL/A instead of X/A at the end of a product code), and a current product as listed on the Apple (and our) website.The Mac in question must not be part of a promotion. Our policy does not include government, education or corporate quotes. We will also not match or entertain any eBay or auction site price.
The computer you'd like us to match firstly has to be in-stock. The quote we are matching has to be verified as an Authorised Apple Reseller listed on the Apple Store locator on the Apple website . This is for your protection as there are some unscrupulous dealers out there who are not authorised and therefore will not be able to offer you the support you'd expect with your Mac and will also potentially invalidate your warranty. When you buy a Mac from us, you are FULLY supported and that can save you hours of trouble if you run into technical issues, so please do take that into account when you buy a Mac. If your Mac is an upgraded Mac, then we have to verify that the upgrades used are of the highest quality and are Apple Authorised and not cheap-and-nasty upgrades that will cost you more later or even damage your Mac..
We know that all sounds a little complex, and yes, it can be, and that's why we offer you the best prices to start with to save you the trouble. Almost every time without fail, once we check out a 'slightly' cheaper price, it is not a like-for-like.
Almost every single time we find out that you are not being sold the same Mac or the Mac you are buying is a superseded model or upgraded with inferior products. All of our Macs of course come with Lifetime Tech Support - something you will not get from any other dealer to our knowledge Australia-wide - (this is NOT counted as a reason for not being like-for-like - we have simply given this to all of our clients to ensure that if you buy your Mac from ZeroThree, there is no better service you could hope to get). All of our Macs are brand new, current stock as listed on the Apple website.
And just as an end note, even with education and corporate quotes, most of the time (and almost always with customised Macs), you'll find our prices to be better than those quotes anyway, so always worth checking with us first!
