How to Hire, I.D, Payment and Security
You can email via the website using the 'Enquire' link below each kit, or you can call direct on 03 9596 1951 - Out of Hours and Weekends / Holidays on 0406 562-552. In order to hire from ZeroThree a hire form needs to be completed an returned - available via email when you make an enquiry. You will need to have an ABN or ACN and we also require a copy of your Drivers' License or Passport page plus a bill corresponding to that form of I.D. Other forms of Photo I.D may be suitable such as a Pilots License, Firearms license etc. - This only needs ot happen once so if you do intend to repeat hire, the process is much easier!
Credit Card payment is required for all hire's (-unless pre-arranged by Direct Deposit). A copy front and rear is needed if you are not present when paying for your hire. A scan via email is fine but will be verified prior to hire - we apologise for the security measures we have to put in place - simply to avoid fraud and to protect you.
A refundable bond of between $500 and $1500 is required with all hire orders (depending on the system hired)
For day-rate hire, full payment is required upon hire*
For 5 or 10 day hire rates, 50% of the total hire is taken upon hire and 50% (or remaining balance on return*) on return
For 30 and 60 day hire, payment is taken bi-weekly in advance*
*Non - arranged additional days are charged at daily rate +25% for daily rate hires for each additional day. If arranged in advance - negotiable based on time needed.

Hire Periods
Although our website shows specific hire periods and kit contents, we are able to tailor hire periods and kits to your needs and are also able to work out different rates based around your requirements.
Shipping and Insurance
Delivery costs and insurance are not included in hire pricing. ZeroThree currently require that the hirer covers the hired equipment during the rental period and will need to sign a disclaimer to that effect. ZeroThree are happy to arrange shipping to your premises unless you'd prefer to pick up of course. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping also if you'd prefer.
Safe return of equipment and refund of Bond
We expect all hired quipment to be retuned in the condition is was hired in. Any damage or loss incurred must be covered in full by the hirer as per the original hire agreement. Hire periods should be strictly adhered to and late returns to us at ZeroTHree will incur additional costs as laid out above. We are, however, quite nice here,so if you do have a legitimate reason as to why your return is late, we'll happily accomodate that!
