Our support is real and total. You have a problem on Sunday night. Call us. We'll answer and usually resolve it right there and then.
We have a very close relationship with Apple's distributors which means we can get your equipment very fast (usually next day).
When you deal wth ZeroThree, you'll speak to the same person from the start right through to your ongoing support needs.
These are just some of the many qualities that we know all customers deserve. They are also some of the qualities which we'd really like you to become accustomed to by being a ZeroThree principal client.
So how do we become a key client and what are the benefits?
Apple run three main programs. Government , Key Customer and Education. The sign up process for either requires that you purchase a certain amount of Apple equipment per year. This is loosly based on an average spend, so you are not contracted to spend a specific amount, you simply need to demonstrate that you do, or intend to make larger or volume purchases of Mac equipment. That's it.
Once approved (usually about 5 days) ZeroThree will then issue your pricelist which essentially enables you to buy at between 5% and and 12% off retail pricing. ZeroThree are then your nominated supplier and our full service is at your disposal. Simply send in your quotation requests, call us up anytime, or drop in to see us. If you require high-end installs such as XSAN, XServe and Fibrechannel equipment, we'll arrrange a consult for you with either ourselves on-site, or with Apple and build your system with you.
I'm already a Key Customer or Government and would like to change to ZeroThree
We've been getting a number of requests recently from existing key customers who have heard about our level of service. If you want to nominate us, we'd love to bring you on-board. The best thing to do is email us here to start with as we can then manage the process for you so there's no inconvenience at all to you. In addition, you don't even have to loose your current supplier until you are absolutely confident you'd prefer to be solely with us.
Simply inform your Apple business manager or representative that you'd like ZeroThree the be your preferred supplier. We'll then contact Apple, follow that up and arrange the necessary paperwork that has to be signed by ourselves, Apple and yourselves.
